The final episode just came out on Tuesday. What choices did you make? I think that my ending was the best out of what you could get. That is subjective, depending on the player’s choices throughout the game…read below for more insight on episode 5!
Sean and Daniel have been through hell and back trying to reach freedom. Depending on the choices made in the game, they can make it out dead or alive, literally.
In my play through, Sean and Daniel have made quite the connection with each other. This closeness spans farther than episode 5, depending on the choices made in previous episodes.
In the latest episode, Sean and Daniel are settled in the commune of Away in Arizona. It has been a month since the events of episode 4, and the two brothers have earned their peace…or so they think…
The Diaz brothers’ make it to the border with no trouble. That is until Daniel uses his powers to create an entrance. They find themselves caught by the border patrol and other patriotic people. Sean is taken to be interviewed by the police about their latest crimes (spanning to episode 1).
They do make a fast getaway but at the end it is up to the player on whether the brothers’ Diaz make it across the border.
SPOILERS!:
In my run, the brothers make it to Puertos Lobos and live a relatively peaceful life. It honestly depends on people’s perspective of this game. I find this ending to be the best ending after watching the other 7’ish endings. Which is where they end up having a happy life in Mexico, sitting on the beach while enjoying a brew. That is my personal opinion however, others may feel differently. That is the beauty of these endings, we can get different outcomes.
5/5
Life is Strange, episode 5 is out on Steam now!
