Welcome to the Elimination Chamber Review for February, 25, 2017. For all WWE pay-per-views, I will go over every match, share the highlights and quotes, and look ahead to the next show.

Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson vs. The Miztourage (Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson win by pinfall)

It was a nice reminder that Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel can wrestle as much as they can be a good supporting cast for the Miz. This match actually had the Miztourage in control for a good part of it before Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson took control. While this match was no great classic, it also allowed for both teams who can’t be involved in their respective front men’s match to be on the card.

Grade: 6 out of 10

Women’s Elimination Chamber Match (Bliss wins by pin fall to retain the Raw Women’s Championship)

This match was just as brutal as we thought it would be. The women left everything in the ring and used a lot of the pods to inflict damage on each other. There was plenty of hard hitting moves and quite a few pin falls. Sasha Banks was more heel then face, taking advantage of Bayley whenever she could. Alexia Bliss was the last women standing, but is it some prize to get Askua at Wrestlemania?

Highlights: Mickie James leaps from one of the pods onto Sonya Devill

Banks throws Bayley off one of the pods

Bayley leaps from the top rope onto Devill with an elbow drop onto the meat gratin

Bliss runs from Banks and Bayley all over the cage

Bliss hits a Twisted Bliss from a pod onto Banks, who reverses it into a Banks Statement

Grade: 10 out of 10

Raw Tag Team Champions Cesaro & Sheamus vs. Titus Worldwide (Cesaro & Sheamus win by pinfall)

This match was not over as quick as their previous encounter. It seemed the Bar learned from their previous matches as they went after Apollo and Titus before the bell even rang. Once it did, Apollo was kept away from Titus. When the leader of the Titus Worldwide did get in, he was more powerful then both of his opponents. Apollo was left alone, and the Bar capitalized. The Bar is one of the best tag team in the division, and one has to wonder who can challenge them.

Highlights: Apollo flies onto to the Bar at ringside two times

Titus throws Cesaro halfway across the ring.

Grade: 8 out of 10

Asuka vs. Nia Jax (Asuka win by pinfall)

Asuka won, her undefeated streak continues. But get rid of any thought of a smiling Empress holding her hands high in victory. She got lucky, very lucky against Nia Jax. Jax was in control this entire match, strikes and submission moves seemed to have no effect. Only a lucky move got Jax to three, and believe me, Jax was no where near done with Askua. When Askua was helped to the back, it was Jax who looked like a champion

Highlights:Askua tries to a submission, Jax turns it into power bomb

Jax hits Askua with a jackhammer

Jax and Askua scream at each other

After the bell, Askua is thrown from the ring.

Jax spears Askua threw the barricade

Grade 10 out of 10

“Woken” Matt Hardy vs. Bray Wyatt (Hardy wins by pin fall)

While some might say that the story line has not lived up to the potential, what they forget is that these two men are good wrestlers. This match was surprising at how quick it was. Hardy looked quicker, and Wyatt was hitting on all cylinders With this win, both men both men have a victory and we need a final match to determine the winner. Hopefully, it will be a weird one

Highlights: Hardy vanishes from the ring

Wyatt hits an uringi and then slams his body on Hardy

Grade: 8 out of 10

Men’s Elimination Chamber Match (Roman Reigns pinned Braun Strowman to win)

A much slower match, but it picked up pace quick. The true star was Braun Strowman, as he took everyone best moves and continued to dominate. He eliminated every man except one. Roman Reigns will now face Brock Lesnar at Wrestlemania, but the path for the other men is less clear. Cena might fight the Undertaker, Miz might fight one of the others for the Intercontinental Title, and Seth will keep finding a new path

Highlights: Miz tries to make friends. It does not work

Strowman kicks out of almost every finishing move

Rollins jumps from a pod into a frog splash

Strowman eliminates everyone

Roman dodges a Strowman charge, and the Monster goes right through a pod

Strowman throws Reigns through a pod

Grade 10 out of 10

Final Thoughts: Rhonda Rousey’s signing did not go as planned. A little nervous, Rousey was told by Kurt Angle that Triple H and Stephanie wanted to destroy her for Wrestlemania 31. This led to a stare down, Rousey slamming Triple H through the table, and Stephanie making the biggest mistake of her life when she slapped her. Monday should be very interesting.
