Welcome to the WWE Raw Review for March 12 2018. For both this and Smackdown, I will go over what the big talking points were, pick the match of the night, and look ahead to the next show.

Talking Points

Suspended

Kurt Angle had some bad news for the WWE Universe. Brock Lesnar was not in the building. This brought out a pissed off Roman Reigns who wondered why Lesnar was able to get away with this week after week. Things took a turn when Reigns marched backstage and confronted Vince McMahon. The discussion was brought to the office, and when it was over, Mr McMahon guaranteed Lesnar would be there next week and Reigns had been suspended. This story line is almost flawless and the little touches, such as Shane McMahon being backstage, make it seem real

Challenge

John Cena addressed the WWe Universe and said he would be going to Wrestlemania, but as a fan. He chanted with the crowd and even took a sip of beer with a fan. Back in the ring, Cena said there was one thing he was not supposed to do, but he would do it anyway: He challenged the Undertaker to a match at Wrestlemania. What followed was almost a heel Cena, calling the Undertaker weak for not coming back and pretending to be washed up. What shape the Undertaker is in remains to be seen, but the story line started out hot.

Betrayal

Nia Jax is one of the best wrestlers on the Raw program. Since Askua has declared for Charlotte, it would seem that Jax vs. Alexia Bliss would be in the cards. But how to break them apart? The answer was Bliss and Mickie James mocking Jax live as the Irresistible Force watched from the ring. Bliss claimed that she could manipulate Jax because she is a sad person. Jax looked sad for a moment, but then became a hell hound, forcing Bliss and James to run from the building. Jax destroyed their changing room and God help Bliss come next Monday.

Match of the Night

Seth Rollins  vs. Finn Balor (Balor wins by pinfall)

The Miz facing Finn Balor or Seth Rollins would be a fantastic match and worthy of Wrestlemania. Put the three of them together and you might have a showstopper. Balor and Rollins resumed their rivalry as they took on each other. Both have moments of being strong, but it came by a rare mistake by Rollins and quick thinking by Balor. After Rollins hit a superplex and was rolling thru for a Falcon’s Arrow, Balor hooked the leg and got the pin fall. If this happens in four weeks, The Miz just lost his title.

Conclusion

The Final Deletion Match between Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt happens next week, as well as Askua vs. Bliss if Jax doesn’t get to the goddess first. Kid Rock joins the Hall of Fame and The first ever Fabulous Moolah Battle Royal will happen at Wrestlemania. A Tag Team Battle Royal Match happened to determine the Bar’s opponent for Wrestlemania, and Braun Strowman won it. Will he take the shot himself? Or will a certain song master join the team?
