Almost four years following the last numbered release in the franchise and two years after an underrated spin-off graced gamers, the developers at Ubisoft changed their intent of putting players in the middle of a dangerous island or malaria-infested continent by turning the heartland of America into a holy battle ground with the release of “Far Cry 5” on Playstation 4, Xbox One & PC. Does it live up to the legacy set by its previous entries in the series, or come up short in defining “video game insanity”? Lets find out with some first impressions.
