Has there ever been an anime as crazy as Jojo’s Bizarre Adventures? A story about the Jostar family through the decades, the anime is gorgeous to look at while boasting some great fight scenes. We have waited a long time, but finally we are getting the anime adaption of the fifth arc. This concerns not a member of the Jostar family, but the son of their most hated foe.
Gang Star Is My Dream
Giorno Giovanna is a member of the Mafia in Italy, but he has a plan to make the organization something to be proud of. Along with his gang of noble thieves, he makes plans to take over from Diavolo, the regions boss. Plans change when Koichi Hirose arrives, on a mission from Jotaro Kujo. This will set of a chain reaction which will push Giorno into his destiny of taking over the organization.
Going to Naples might seem like a strange choice, but nothing in the Jojo universe is ever straight forward. One of the biggest changes is that Dio, the big bad in almost every series, is not in this one. This is more about who we think we are and who we are destined to become. Giorno is an interesting character because when we meet him, he is involved with a very bad organization. He does not wish to leave it but change it into something worthwhile.
Beneath a Sky Seemingly About to Fall
When we talk about Jojo, we must talk about the Stands. Stands are a power that most members of the characters have. You could set up a chart detailing what Stand would counteract another and what Stand is the most powerful. The Stands have musical names and are the best part of the series. In this one, we get introduced to the Sex Pistols, tiny creatures that guide a character’s bullets. Also used is the stand Aerosmith, which takes the form of a very well-armed plane.
JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind will start airing in October this year. This is going to be a fantastic anime but watch the other series before you start this one. You might be completely lost if you don’t. The big question is what song will be played over the end credits. With “Walk Like an Egyptian” and “I Want You” preceding it, the bar is set very high.
