Grand Theft Auto Online is no doubt one of the best games out there today. Not only for the replayability but because the city of Los Santos never sleeps and neither does crime. Last month Rockstar made the announcement was made that the nightlife theme After Hours would be coming to the game on July 24th.
This update to the GTA Online will give players the ability to control all of the aspect of their nightclub. This includes staff, design, how promotions work and even the setup. Players can’t go wrong with a setup like this when they have full control. But there’s always a reason for the updates that are released.
In 2010 Tony Prince became infamous for his character in The Ballad of Gay Tony and this time players will need to partner with him in order to build a successful nightlife empire. The goal here is to be an open network and front for some of the hardest criminals in San Andreas. This can mean your business can be something the gangs can use to launder money. Just be careful about who you trust and what one mistake can cost you.
Rockstar also didn’t touch much on what the in-game rewards would be like. There is no indication of any possibilities either. We do know however that their will be exclusive rewards in some way but we will all have to wait and see what they are. Some theories is that exclusive skins and decor might make their way to your club. The DJ’s are also the real deal, but be ready to do some tasks to get them.
The GTA universe is filled with colorful characters and After Hours brings a different side of them to life. One reason that GTA Online has continued to thrive is the amount of extra things the developers are willing to put into their game. Never has a game felt more like a living thing. After Hours will allow you to maintain those very nightclubs you used to party at all night.
