As the month progresses, people are starting to pick out their costumes for Halloween and others are starting to decorate their homes in various fall decor. Other people, however, are looking for the perfect Funko Pop that suits the holiday mood. Certainly, there should be some out to add to the collection.

Since retail stores only get their merchandise on a set schedule, some of these items either have come out before October or might be trickling in throughout the month into Thanksgiving. Also, depending on the spooky icon you are looking for, this could be a challenge. With the ending of the NYCC as well, horror vinyls can be somewhat hard to find right now too. Below is a list of some horror vinyls that are popular or currently out in stores.

For the hardcore horror fans, there are four vinyls that are being released now or will be coming by Halloween. This group focuses mainly on the original an popular scares.

  • Jason Vorhees from Friday the 13th Part II, exclusive to Walgreens
  • Pennywise from the 1990 TV miniseries IT specific to the Rhode Island Comic Con
  • Cthulhu neon version will be an exclusive to BAM Books a Million
  • Alfred Hitchcock in grey and white, specific to the Director category
  • Michael Myers with blood from the movie Halloween will be exclusive from FYE.

If those infamous vinyls didn’t already get you all tingly inside, maybe some of these others will.

-From Disney parks, the exclusive Ezra in Doom Buggy has already released but is a must have for the holiday or just any day because the Haunted Mansion is amazing.

-Chucky with Cart exclusive to Hot Topic stores and is out now.

Beetlejuice both Lydia Deetz and Beetlejuice himself, both are Hot Topic Exclusives out now.

Hocus Pocus, all three sisters from the movie are available from Spirit stores

The Nightmare Before Christmas, new characters were added such as Clown, Finkelstein, Jack in snowsuit, the Harlequin and Oogie with his bugs. Along with this are at least two to three more variations of Jack Skellington, all out now and at Hot Topic.

Hopefully these spark your imagination with the possibilities of what Halloween vinyls are ready to be put up front for everyone to see! What other Funkos would you suggest?

Pop Pick of the Week: Gearhead (Target)

Since New York Comic Con has come and gone, the Pops! released there have shown up in a few stores. There are a lot to choose from, but Gearhead from Rick and Morty gets our vote. Simply because this is a minor character, not from a big moment or story line. Do you remember what episode he first showed up? Head to Target to get this Con exclusive.
