Welcome to the Raw review for February 11 2019. For this and Smackdown, I will go over the talking points and pick the match of the night.

The Apology

Becky Lynch had attacked both Stephanie and Triple H, so she was a little leery coming to the ring. Triple H started it off, saying that he was wrong about what he said on Smackdown. He also announced that Lynch would be healed by Wrestlemania. All good feelings left when it was demanded that she apologized to keep the match on. Lynch walked through Raw getting advice on should she do it or not. Lynch did apologise, but Vince McMahon suspended her until after Wrestlemania and announced Charlotte as her replacement.

Hot Tag

Let us discuss the hot tag for a moment. A hot tag was when someone is isolated for an extended period of time in a tag match and finally tags in at the right moment. Braun Strowman got that moment in a match where he was destroyed, but came out of the crowd to get the tag as the crowd lost it’s mind. Strowman’s performance was the best part of the six-man match and he has perfected the right time to come in

Deal With The Devil

Seth Rollins talked about the year he had and what he was willing to endure in order to bring the Universal Championship back home. This brought out Paul Heyman, who said that Rollins decision would be the end of his career. Rollins then said something cryptic, that he would make a deal with the devil to bring the title back. This was followed by the strangest moment of the night, when Dean Ambrose endorsed him. What is going on?

Match of the Night
The Revival vs. Bobby Roode and Chad Gable (The Revival wins by pin fall to become the New Tag Team Champions)

If you read anything about house shows, you would have heard that these two teams have been putting on some long classics. They brought this to television and while it wasn’t as long, it was still fantastic. The Revival being the champions is fantastic as they are one of, if not the, best tag teams in the whole division right now.

Conclusion

Elias attacked the Lucha House party. Bayley and Sasha lost their tag team match, which means they will start in the Elimination Chamber. Ruby Riott beat Nikki Cross. Ambrose surprised EC3 with a rollup.
