Welcome to the Raw review for February 25 2019. For this and Smackdown, I will go over the talking points and pick the match of the night.

Our Yard

Roman Reigns returned to Raw after four months battling cancer. Soaking in the applause and cheers, Reigns thanked everyone who reached out to him. Declaring that this was not his yard, but our yard, The Big Dog announced that his cancer is in remission. It was the ultimate comeback as a man was showered with love from everyone. Reigns is back and the WWE Universe is stronger for it.

Dropping the Title

Natayla and Ronda Rousey faced off against the Riott Squade, but the match did not have an ending as Becky Lynch came from the crowd and attacked anything that moved. Rousey put up more of  a fight, but Lynch was arrested. Rousey demanded that Vince come to the ring, but Stephanie came out instead. Rousey tried to get Lynch reinstated, but Stephanie would not back down. Rousey declared that she would make the right decision and put her title down. This is how Rousey should be booked, strong and wanting the best match possible.

70 Years Young

There was a time in the recent past that we were very close to losing Ric Flair. On Raw, they celebrated the living legend’s 70th birthday. Well wishes came from everyone from Stone Cold to Snoop Dogg. Flair has done it all and seems to appreciate everything this second time around. Flair did not make it to his party, as he was attacked by Batista. Looks like Triple H vs The Animal is a go.
Match of the Night

Dean Ambrose vs. Drew Mcintyre (No DQ) (Mcintyre wins by pinfall)
Ambrose used to be the master of these types of matches. McIntyre is dangerous in regular matches. The two went after each other, a belt being put into play at one point. McIntyre received help from Elias who Ambrose had attacked earlier. Baron Corbin and Bobby Lashley joined the beatdown, but Ambrose was saved by Rollins and Reigns. The three did not celebrate together, but a look from Rollins and Reigns to Ambrose in the ring makes it seem like a reunion is in order.
Conclusion
Bayley defeated Nia Jax. Finn Balor beat Lio Rush in a surprising good match. The Revival fell to Aleister Black and Ricochet. Jinder Mahl tapped to Kurt Angle. Strowman mowed down Lashley.
