Story Progression
Since Shane could not beat Kevin Owens at Summerslam, he decided to beat him where he could. He used the fact that Owens attacked Elias as a special enforcer to fine him 100,000. The fact that Owens made this a big deal works wonder for the story. Later, Elias was at ringside again and helped Samoa Joe beat Owens. It seems that Owens’s problem with Shane is not finished.
Daniel Bryan and Rowan said that Buddy Murphy lied when he said that Rowan was behind the attacks on Roman Reign. They attacked Murphy and made him say that he had lied. Later, Roman came face to face with the two and Bryan demanded an apology. He also reveled that they know who did it and will tell him next week.
