28 Seconds
Dale takes Steve through his racing headquarters. Since retiring, Dale wants to help other racers come up in the sport. Steve tries to get in a car and it is very challenging. Trying to get out, Steve says he would be burned if the car caught on fire. Steve meets the crew chief and finds out what about the computer simulation drivers train on. Steve tries to change a tire like a pit crew. He does pretty well. Dale takes a turn. Steve beats him by one second. Dale talks about being a broadcaster and his love for his wife.
Go-Kart
Dale takes Steve to his house. He challenges him to go-Kart race. They talk about Dale Sr and how a close friend helped Dale Jr work through his grief. Dale gives advice on how to drive a Go-Kart. It seems retirement has not slowed his skills as Dale wipes the floor with him.
Graveyard
Dale takes Steve to the famous race car graveyard. These are cars that Dale collects with stories, like the one that flipped off the track and landed on a parked car. Steve asks a good question, do other drivers get made when one gets in an accident? Dale says no. He talks about what it feels to be in a crash. Dale talks about how he knew when it was time to stop. The last stop is a Western movie set on property called Whiskey River. That will do for this season.
