Welcome to the Hell in the Cell review for October 6, 2019.

Lacey Evans vs. Natalya. Natalya wins with a sharpshooter and attacks Evans after the match. Natalya got a nice response from the crowd for this one.

The show starts.

Becky and Sasha are going to start us off. Banks does not even wait for the cell to lower before she attacks Lynch. Both women finally get inside and Lynch uses a chain to wail on Banks.

Weapons are brought in early. Tables, ladders and chairs are already in the ring. Lynch and Banks take turns with the chair.

Banks is being the aggressor here. She is hammering Lynch and only The Man’s resilience is keeping her in the fight. Banks traps Lynch’s arm between the door and the cell.

A very cool spot where Banks does her knee strike from the top rope while Lynch was sitting in a chair. Lynch hits a drop toe hold and Banks goes face first into a chair.

Lynch props up a chair on the cell with kendo sticks, sits Banks down on it and then hits a running drop kick. WOW!!!!

Lynch hits a Bexploder on a pile of chairs and then locks on the Dis-Arm-Her. Banks taps. A fantastic opening match.

Daniel Bryan and Roman Reigns take on Luke Harper and Erick Rowan. It will be a Tornado Tag Match.

It is so great to see Harper back in the ring. His moves and facial expressions are just the best. Rowan and Harper are destroying Reigns and Bryan.

After a nasty spot where Harper went face first into the table, Rowan picks apart the barricade and slams a section into Reigns. Bryan hits a hurrcanirana on Harper and  Reigns spears Rowan through an announce table.

Harper takes a Superman punch, a running knee and finally a spear to get a win for the good guys. No betrayal here tonight. They even hug it out.

Ali vs Randy Orton is next.

Orton is disrespecting Ali from the start. A chop, a smack and then suplexs into the announce table. Ali hits a drop kick, but Orton takes back command.

Ali makes his opponents look like monsters. He sells everything and will go everywhere for them. Orton hits his face busting move to set up an RKO after waiting for the referee to count to four.

Orton goes for an RKO, but Ali hits a handstand to block it. Ali then runs right into an another RKO for the pin.

Nikki Cross and Alexia Bliss vs the Kabuki Warriors for the Tag Team Titles.

Sane and Askua start off swinging. Cross gets beaten up while they keep Bliss off the ring apron. Bliss finally gets in and unloads on Askua.

It seems Sane and Askua might be turning heel. They are acting like it. Cross finally gets some major offense for her team. Sane tries an Insane Elbow but Cross get the knees up.

Cross gets sprayed by the Green Mist from Askua and then a pin. The Kabuki Warriors are the new Tag Team Champions.

The OC vs. The Viking Raiders and Braun Strowman are up next.

Anderson tries his luck, but is severely out of his weight class. Gallows comes in and makes some headway. Styles tries a cheap shot on Strowman, but get caught.

Styles takes a huge backdrop from Eric. Strowman comes in and cleans house. He does a running shoulder block on all three for good measure. He gets caught in a Calph Cruiser, but is saved by Eric.

The OC attack Strowman at the same time and the referee calls for the bell. The Raiders make the save. Strowman hits a huge right on Styles for good measure. A message to Fury?

Tamina pins Carmella backstage to become the new 24/7 champion.

The STD chant is not going away. The Rock continues getting something over just by saying it. Gable starts off with a little scientific wrestling. A shoulder hit gives control back to Corbin.

Corbin just keeps hammering Gable with clotheslines and power moves. Gable gets an opening and uses it, culminating in a rolling suplex.

Gable blocks a Deep Six and hits a running neck breaker. He follows with a moonsult and then an ankle submission.

Corbin tries to use his scepter to hit Gable, but Gable rolls him up for the pin. Hamilton even annonces the winner as “Shorty Gable” the name Corbin gave him before the match.

Charlotte vs. Bayley is next.

Tamina is kicked by Carmella and Truth pins her to become the new 24/7 champion.

Bayley is looking a little cocky. She strikes and moves away from Charlotte. The Queen finally lands a hit and begins to chop.

Bayley starts focusing on one of Charlotte’s legs. It might be that she is trying to use a figure 4. Charlotte escapes and lands a big kick. She starts focusing on Bayley’s legs.

Has a match ever occurred where both competitors focus on the same area without a gimmick? Charlotte tries a moonsault, but Bayley gets her knees up.

Charlotte locks on the Figure 8 and Bayley taps. Charlotte is now a 10 time champion.

Main event time. Rollins vs. The Fiend.

The entrance stays the same. The arena stays bathed in red lights. Seth hits the Fiend with a kendo and Wyatt no sells it.

Rollins is scared to death. The Fiend takes everything and keeps coming back. When Seth tries to go for a cover, The Fiend kicks out at one.

Rollins hits the Fiend with a ladder and chair and toolbox. The Fiend keeps coming back. Seth tries a sledgehammer and the referee disqualifies him. The crowd is not happy.

The Fiend attacks and destroys Seth after the match.
