The first match is SCU vs. Best Friends in the Tag Team Tournament.
The SCU were attacked by the Lucha Bros prior to the match. During the beginning of the match, Sky lost his shoe in the crowd and a helpful fan throws it back.
SCU hit their finisher for the pin. It looked a little shaky. Good opening match.
Ortiz and Santana beat some local talent. Jericho comes on the screen and challenges the Young Bucks to take on his boys at the pay-per-view.
A nice segment about Cody and his desire to get the belt from Jericho. Brandi, DDP and JR are interviewed among others.
Riho vs. Britt Baker for the AEW Women’s Championship is up next.
Brit is throwing Riho around the ring but does not follow up. Riho escapes a LockJaw attempt.
These women’s styles are not really meshing in this match. Brit hits a wicked neckbreaker and follows it with a straight kick.
Riho has a submission move on Brit and when the referee breaks it, Riho immediately goes to the top rope for a stomp. A nice rarely seen sequence
Brit has Riho applies the LockJaw, but Riho rolls her over for the pin. The action was great the last few minutes.
Lucha Bros vs. Jurassic Express in the Tag Team Tournament up next. Luchasaurus is injured so Marko Stunt takes his place.
Jungle Boy is going to be a huge star. He makes himself and his opponents look great.
Marko is just getting hammered in the ring. Jungle Boy gets tagged in and cleans house. The Bros take control with some awesome flipping moves. They pin Marko for the win.
Jon Moxley and Pac vs Hangman Page and Kenny Omega are next. This should be a highlight.
There is so much talent in the ring it is hard to keep up. Page takes a bad bump on the outside after Moxley pushes him from the top rope.
Omega gets tagged in and goes on a tear. A series of snapdragon suplexs takes Moxley and Pac down.
Moxley and Omega trade blows. Both men grab weapons. Moxley hits Omega, which does not draw a DQ for some reason. Pac and Moxley argue and Moxley nails him. Page gets the win. Awesome.
Main Event time. Darby Allen vs. Chris Jericho in a Philadelphia Street Fight for the AEW Championship.
Darby starts off with quick fast strikes. Jericho cuts him off and slows down the pace. Darby takes back control. Jericho needs to get some weapons in if he wants to survive
Jericho brings out the Kendo Stick. Darby survives the onslaught and delivers his own. Jericho puts him in the Wall of Jericho
Jericho tapes Darby’s hands with duct tape. He manages to hit a moonsault, a diving kick and then a flip onto Jericho. Jericho slams him into the skateboard.
Darby tries a top rope move, but Hager hits him. Jericho locks in the Walls and the match is over. The Inner Circle come down to celebrate.
