Tell me if you’ve heard this story beginning before: a youngster from a small village has a past hidden from them by an adult figure, only to discover said kid/teenager/young adult is actually the chosen one set on a course of revenge & self discovery. Yeah, sounds like the beginning of so many RPGs seen throughout gaming’s existence. But there’s something to be said when a group of developers look at the landscape and decides that though everything in the sun has been done before it can be improved upon even on a smaller scale. It’s time to see if “Indivisible” is just another stereotypical turn-based RPG or one that exudes excellence in every possible way with another video game first impressions.
