Announced at the tail-end of 2019, the first “Terminator” game in years actually had been in the works for half a decade. The original premise faded and what was left in its wake was a first-person shooter, single-player experience set after the events of “Judgment Day” – the day when Skynet became self-aware and initiated a nuclear holocaust of humanity. It’s up to the player to figure out how to stop this horrific day the only way he knows how: By shooting a lot of metal things. The day of reckoning is upon the world as the future promised when man & machines do battle has now become a reality. It’s time to discover whether this is a time worth existing or should be obliterated with first impressions of “Terminator: Resistance”.
