It’s that time of the year where Christmas bonuses are expected by those who work in corporate America. Ted is one of those people. He feels like he has earned more from Falconheart than what he has received. A dinner party with the CEO may change everything.
Ted and Tatum are invited to Steven Sussex’s house to talk about his future at the company. They are joined by Steven’s wife Kiwi and another potential candidate for an executive position and his wife (Gavin and Missy). What unfolds as the night progresses is more than strange.
It seems that the Sussex’s are putting Ted and Gavin through some contest for who will get the executive position at Falconheart. It reminded me of Dinner for Schmucks initially but it has some dark twists. What it entails is how to cover up a murder, secrets in marriage and asserting one’s self into a position they have never been in before.
I enjoyed this episode but was also very frustrated throughout the whole showing. The bourgeois Sussex’s show a nasty side to rich people (not all of course), and how they will toy with someone for their own sick pleasure. There’s more than meets the eye here and at Falconheart but you will have to watch and see.
