As the weeks are winding down, the Lego Masters and the quirky host are coming up with harder and harder challenges. This week each team got grouped together for a Good Versus Evil challenge. Not only does each team have their own way of doing things, they now have to learn to work together very quickly in order to get to the top spot this week.

Here’s what the Lego Masters are specifically looking for this time, the ability to work well together. In the past, we saw exactly how hard that could be for the teams of two. One of the biggest parts of this is overcoming all of the different stories merging together.

From the beginning of this challenge, each team had to choose two Lego Mini Figs from the front table with the goal of taking these characters and making them into the superheroes of their build. Since this is the Good Versus Evil challenge, the pedestal of Good or Evil. Half of the teams will have mini-figures that have to have an evil backstory. After everyone is sorted, the teams were split into a group of bad or good and they will work together as a good and bad team (head to head) in order to make their builds in 11 hours.

Everyone needs a sidekick. This week Will Arnett called upon Terry Crews to come busting through the walls to motivate the team, and sort of make Will his sidekick (not the other way around). Terry approached Aaron and Christian about not really being all in on teamwork and no one could give a good answer. Sadly, Tyler and Amy had a solid story for their creation but Aaron and Christian refused to budge and meet them in the middle.

With time running out, the teams have come to the point of panic in order to make their own builds stand out while also mashing their builds together. As the tables all come together you can really see that Mark, Boone, Jessica, and Sam really worked as a team. Everything slid right into place. Tyler, Amy, Aaron, and Christian all did well independently. Sadly they did not show off all of the small details that they had placed inside.

Mark and Boone decided to use their Golden Brick.

Top Two: Tyler and Amy

Mark and Boone

Bottom Two: Aaron and Christian

Jessica and Sam

Winners: Tyler and Amy

Going Home: Aaron and Christian

The guy just didn’t show off the details they needed and their story just didn’t quite connect. Everyone was sad to see them leave but the guys were very happy for the time they spent on the show.

Next challenge: Star Wars!
