September is THE month to start getting your orders in for the upcoming Halloween Funko Pops! With everything being slowed down and uncertain, Funko has been staying creative and doing their best to provide our favorite collectibles as they can. Shipping caused a bit of a kink in the system for some businesses, but overall, this year should still be pretty great. If you’re around the 30 year age range, then you will really enjoy some of the releases that are now open for pre-order.
Most of these will be available in September as well as open for pre-order right now. Some others will release in October. You can’t really have a spooky season without the Sanderson sisters or The Nightmare Before Christmas. So a little of both will be arriving. Santa, Sally, Jack, and the Mayor are up for grabs this year. The Sanderson sisters (all on broomsticks) will also be a part of the September drop.
For Disney fans, (not saying the above are not) Mickey and Minnie the Halloween Spooky and witchy characters are going to be available. Both are old-style gray and black with orange accents. The Haunted Mansion also is getting an expansion on last year’s releases as well. The portrait characters will have the spotlight this time with Alexander and Constance. The maid and the mini vinyl display case will be showing up too.
Other cool pieces that are coming are the Marvel zombie characters, The Corpse Bride couple, some Minions, The Craft characters, and Killer Clowns! There are so many! Edward Scissor Hands and Zombieland will be making an appearance with Beetlejuice and Creepshow collectibles. This line up is really heavenly.
Some of these have been pre-ordered to the point that they are waiting to be restocked, while others are out of stock. So far, however, most are still available except Pennywise. So keep your eyes peeled and get a move on!
