Welcome to the WrestleMania 2023 Night 2 Review for April 2, 2023.

Omas vs. Brock Lesnar (US Championship match)

This was not going to be a technical masterpiece, but it was startling to see Brock looking like the underdog against Omas. The Giant tried to squeeze the strength out of the Beast, but the Brock was able to turn the tide with a massive F-5

Lesnar pinned Omos.

Women’s Showcase

Much like last night, the action was fast paced. Rodriguez used her partner Liv as a throwing dart. Green jumped from the top rope to avoid Rodriguez. Natalya tried a double sharp shooter on Green and Deville. The clear favorites were Rousey and Baszler and they proved why as they made Blackheart tap

Rousey and Baszler won the Four Way.

Gunther vs. Drew Mcintyre vs. Sheamus (Intercontinental Championship)

Theses were not men in this match. They were monsters, destroying each other in pursuit of the Intercontinental Championship. This was one of the most hard hitting matches in WWE history The way they hit each other, no one could argue with the winner. Gunther was the last man standing, surviving a instant classic.

Gunther won to retain the Intercontinental Championship

Bianca Blair vs Asuka (Raw Championship)

Blair came out swinging, knowing that this version of Askua was more dangerous than before. It seemed that Askua would be in trouble from the start, but she struck and laughed as the match went on. She had a arm bar in, but Belair was able to rise to her feet to kit the KOD.

Blair pinned Askua to retain the Raw Championship

The Demon vs Edge (Hell in the Cell)

Hell in the Cell should be brutal and this one certainly was. Edge and Balor went at each other with weapons. Things took a turn when Balor was busted open by a ladder. Things did not stop, as at one point Finn tried a Coup de Grace halfway up the cell through a table. Edge hit a Con-Chair-To to end the brutality.

Edge pinned Balor.

Cody Rhodes vs. Roman Reigns (Championship Match)

This match was built on Cody’s dream and Roman’s legacy. Which would prevail in the main event? In the end, it took the entire Bloodline to put Cody down for Roman. Cody fought with everything he had, but in the end, a Spear stopped the story from completing.

Roman pinned Cody to retain the WWE Championship.
